Privacy Policy
Source Intelligence collects the minimum information needed to run this site and the closed alpha. We do not sell your data, run third-party ad tracking, or build a profile of you across the web. This page describes exactly what we keep, why, and how to ask us to remove it.
1. Information we collect
Three categories:
- Email addresses you provide voluntarily for closed-alpha consideration, careers enquiries, or research correspondence.
- API and platform telemetry from authenticated use of the SI API Platform: request counts, error rates, latencies, and the minimum metadata needed to operate the service and meet our safety obligations.
- Standard server logs from website visits: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamp. Retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.
2. How we use it
To run the services, communicate with you about access, prevent abuse, debug failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not use this information to train models, sell it to third parties, or profile you for advertising.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.
- We do not embed third-party social media trackers (like, share, comment widgets that report your visit elsewhere).
- We do not use closed-alpha submissions to train models.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g., email delivery, hosting, error tracking), under contractual obligations consistent with this policy. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Security
We protect information with industry-standard controls: encrypted transport, encrypted storage at rest where applicable, and the principle of least privilege internally. No system is perfectly secure; we'll notify affected users promptly in the event of a breach that materially affects them.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The services are not directed at people under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies we use and how to opt out.
9. International transfers
We operate as a distributed team and may process information in multiple jurisdictions. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
10. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change, with a new "Last updated" date and a brief change log at the top for material revisions.
