Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Source Intelligence website, the SI API Platform, and any closed alpha programs we offer. By using the services you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any Source Intelligence service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, and not be barred from using the services under applicable law.

3. Closed Alpha

Closed alpha access is offered at our discretion. Selection is not guaranteed by submitting an email. Alpha access may be revoked at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or the Responsible Use Policy.

4. Permitted Use

The services are provided for research, evaluation, and other lawful purposes consistent with our published policies. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Use

Detailed restrictions are set out in our Responsible Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of that policy is a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the services, including models, software, documentation, and brand assets, remain the property of Source Intelligence. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated.

7. Confidentiality

If you receive non-public information about the services (including API access, performance characteristics, or roadmap), you agree to keep it confidential and use it solely for evaluating the services.

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Source Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Source Intelligence is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles. (Replace with the specific jurisdiction before production launch.)

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
